1. Nature of Service

Real Talk with Katrien provides personal coaching and consultancy services focused on communication, behavioral insight, and mindset. This is a professional service. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or sexual service. To be absolutely clear: This is a professional coaching and consultancy service. I am here to provide psychological insights and behavioral feedback. I do not offer escort services, sexual services, or “OnlyFans” style content in any way, shape, or form. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in an immediate termination of our session without a refund.

2. Booking and Payments

• All sessions (including the “Klik Session”) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• The “Klik Session” is a standalone diagnostic session and does not guarantee entry into a longer program.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling is permitted once, provided 24 hours’ notice is given.
• “No-shows” or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

4. Professional Conduct & Boundaries (Crucial)

• This service has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding sexual harassment, solicitation of sexual or escort services, or requests for explicit content (e.g., OnlyFans).
• If a client behaves inappropriately, the session will be terminated immediately.
• No refund will be provided in the event of a termination due to a violation of professional boundaries.
• Mutual Respect: I provide a radical, honest space for men who respect the professional nature of this work.

5. Limitation of Liability

Katrien provides insights based on personal and professional experience. Results depend entirely on the client’s implementation. Katrien is not liable for any personal or professional decisions made by the client following a session.
